BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

RATES

  • Room rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) on a per suite/villa per night basis.
  • Rates are subject to 15% Government Tax.
  • Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and rates may be subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • An early check-in service allows you to enjoy the privacy and comfort of your Suite earlier than the 2:00 pm check-in time. Should you wish to avail yourself of a guaranteed early check-in, your Suite/Villa requires to be pre-booked 1 day prior to your arrival date.
  • Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • In the event that a late Check-Out cannot be extended to the Suite/Villa in which the Guests are staying, the Property shall reserve the right to make alternative arrangements subject to room availability.
  • In the event of an early departure or no-show (i.e. the reservation is neither used nor cancelled), the total amount of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable. 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS & CHILDREN SURCHARGES

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, the following applies for additional guests sharing the Suite/Villa:

  • 1 infant or toddler (0-2.99 years) – complimentary on the same meal plan booked as the parent(s), including a cot if required (subject to availability).
  • 1 child (3-11.99 years) – complimentary year-round on the same meal plan booked as the parent(s). A compulsory supplement fee is applicable for the Christmas Gala Dinner and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.
  • Guest (12+ years) – not applicable.
  • No pets are allowed.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY

  • A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of reservation and a reservation will be deemed confirmed only after processing of all pre-payments and full payments according to the below terms.

  • For travel period 7 January 2024 – 25 December 2024
    – One-night pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
    – Full payment to be settled on arrival at the resort.

  • For travel period 26 December 2024 – 6 January 2025
    – 50% pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
    – Full payment to be settled 60 days prior to check in date.

  • The resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if an invalid credit card is submitted or pre/full payment is not received on time.
  • Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.
  • An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments.
  • The credit card used for booking must be presented by the card holder upon check-in along with passport or ID verification.
  • Third party credit cards are not accepted by the Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you are unable to travel (or utilize the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.
  • A change in the dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
  • A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation.
  • In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights.
  • If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card charges or currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
  • Any cancellation, early departure, or no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged as follows:

For travel period 7 January 2024 – 25 December 2024
– Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
– Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to one-night payment.
– No shows will be subject to a penalty charge of 100% of the total amount for the stay.

For travel period 26 December 2024 – 6 January 2025
– Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
– Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival, or No Shows, will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount for the stay.
